At Spire.pk, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures or video proof at:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
Spire.pk reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above criteria.
