At Spirepk.com, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver only within Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery times are:

Karachi: 2–4 Business Days
Major Cities: 3–5 Business Days
Remote Areas: 5–8 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders of Rs. 3,000 or above.
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 3,000.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive shipment details or tracking information (where available) through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address or phone number is provided, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Spirepk.com is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If a customer refuses to accept a dispatched Cash on Delivery order without a valid reason, Spirepk.com reserves the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery orders from that customer.
