5. Payment Methods

We currently accept:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer
Easypaisa
JazzCash

Orders are processed after successful confirmation.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver only within Pakistan.
Delivery timelines mentioned on our website are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

To qualify for any return, refund, or exchange request:

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
A continuous, unedited unboxing video starting before opening the parcel is mandatory.
Requests without the required unboxing video will not be accepted.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Customers who repeatedly refuse Cash on Delivery orders without a valid reason may be restricted from placing future orders.
